Asset Management
Our asset management system has been specifically written from many years experience in instigating, operating and reporting data with regard to industrial plant. Our system can incorporate a full documented asset register of all motors, pumps, gearboxes etc. both those in production and those used as spares in storage.
With our fully internet based program, we are able to incorporate repairs and projects to aid our customers in reducing emergency repairs by carrying out stock rationalisation etc. This system can also incorporate condition monitoring programs and thermographic analysis - and is a means of continuous plant improvement.
By structuring the inventory and repairs - this assists our customers to reduce incurred repair costs and reduce downtime, while also reducing inventory and administrative costs associated with this function.
As a stand-alone facility or part of a maintenance contract - the asset management system is the complete maintenance package.
