Gearbox Centre

We operate a gearbox repair centre - where we undertake all types of bareshafted gearbox overhauls and repairs, whether helical geared, worm and wheel, planetary etc. we have the experience and equipment to repair and test each item.

Each unit is dismantled and a full repair report generated including images highlighting repairable areas. Upon acceptance and completion of the repair, the gearbox is run tested and observed - along with vibration and thermal reporting, we carry out dielectric oil analysis sampling where available. All the test results are recorded and a full report generated and returned to our customers.

All repairs are then stored in our on-line asset register database available 24 hours a day for future references.
